1-Eat whole and unrefined foods to be healthy
2-Eat calcium rich foods like milk and milk products, green leafy vegetables, almonds, dried herbs and sesame seeds
3- Food supplements containing Vitamine-D like mushrooms, fishes, cod liver oil and egg also helps to remineralize teeth
4- Diet rich in Vitamine-C like papaya, strawberry, rose hip extracts, peaches contributes in remineralization but it’s better to avoid orange and tomato as it sticks to the teeth
5- Presence of mineral rich food items like meat, beans, vegetables, diary products and sea food also play an importand role in remineralization
6- Include healthy fats like coconut oil, butter oil, fermented cod liver oil
7- Make sure to avoid food with large amount of phytic acid like grain seeds, nuts and legumes
8- Limit sugary and starchy food like white/ brown/ organic sugar, cane juice, corn syrup, commercial jams
9- Try to avoid over processed food like junk food, modern fast food, soft drinks, sweetness
10- Avoid soda, candies, coffee, alcohols, cigarettes and drugs
11- Food with artificial flavours, artificial colours or artificial ingredients must be avoided
12- Avoid continous snacking
13- Ensure that you brush your teeth after each meal and each brushing should last for a minimum of 2-3 minutes
14- Clean gums and tongue while brushing
15- Stop using normal toothpaste as it contains glycerine. Glycerine leaves a thick coating on your teeth
16- Brush your teeth with natural coconut or olive oil based bar soap
17-Oil pulling – an ayurvediv practise: Put a tablespoon of organic oil in your mouth and swish it around your teeth for 15-20 minutes. When finished spit the oil and rinse your mouth well
18- Flossing your teeth once in a day help clean bacteria from between your teeth
19- Ensure that your toothpaste contain flouride, as it can replace the component of your teeth by a stronger and more with resistance substance
20- Avoid the use of bleach products for whitening
