DAILY CARE FOR YOUR TEETH

The emergence of agriculture caused the emergence of poor dental health.

The steps for care for your teeth-

1:more of vit D/A/K


                            These vitamins promote bone and teeth mineralization,these vitamins are involved in calcium and phosphorous balance in the body
     
Vit D source is the naturally available midday sunlight,or take vit D supplements.other food rich In vitD are butter,cheese etc
Vit A source is liver,egg yolk, other animal products


2: Avoid grains


                     avoid food items containing high phytic acid content. Phytic acid binds to the minerals and prevent their absorption. Food containing phytic acid are mainly the whole grains, beans,legumes and nuts
               eat nuts after soaking or sprouting to reduce phytic acid content
3: adequate nutrient intake


                         have pleny of minerals in the diet. Sources of minerals are leafy green vegetables,roots and tubers
  4: use a chewstick instead of toothbrush


                            chew sticks are available online or use leaves of miswak, neem or  tea tree
5:what about the toothpaste


                            a study  has shown that brushing witout toothpaste shows the same result as that with toothpaste.
         Herbal toothpaste is better. some say that glycerine and fluride in conventional toothpaste can cause demineralization
