5 Tips To Make Your Breath Smell Fresh

Bad breath is a common problem for people nowadays. Bad breath is caused as a result of odor causing bacteria building up in your mouth. So if you don't brush and floss your mouth often, there is chance of accumulation these bacteria on the food particle that stuck on and in between your teeth leads to bad breath. Bad breath can also be caused from cigarette smoke which are absorbed by lungs and exhaled through your mouth. Bad breath can be reduced or eliminated with proper diet and oral hygiene.


5 Tips To Make Your Breath Smell Fresh

1: Brush your teeth is the first and most important step towards making your breath smell fresh and most importantly for a healthy teeth. Always brush your teeth twice a day for at least  2 minutes with a fluoride toothpaste and a soft bristled tooth brush

2: Brush properly- Hold your brush at a slight angle to your teeth, use back and forth strokes to clean the entire surface of your each teeth. Don't forget to brush your tongue. 

3: Floss daily with regular or waxed dental floss

4: After brushing, rinse with antiseptic mouthwash

5: Visit your dentist if your bad breath persist despite proper oral hygiene. Persistent bad breath is a sign of gum disease or sinusitis
